These terms govern your use of services operated by AEO Content, Inc. ("we", "us"), including https://www.aeocontent.ai, https://audit.aeocontent.ai, and https://studio.aeocontent.ai. By using these services you agree to these terms.

Free audit

The free audit at https://audit.aeocontent.ai is provided "as is". You can audit any URL you have a legitimate interest in - your own site, a competitor, a prospect. You may not use the audit endpoint for automated bulk scraping or to attack other services.

Paid services

Paid plans are described at /pricing. Payment is monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Content ownership

Content we produce on your behalf is yours. You own the copyright and we will not republish it without your permission. We retain the right to anonymize aggregate metrics (e.g., "clients in the healthcare category lifted AEO Rank by 22 points on average").

AEO Rank disclaimer

AEO Rank is our proprietary measure of citation readiness based on publicly observable signals. It is a guide, not a guarantee. Citations depend on factors outside our control (engine algorithm changes, query distribution, competitor activity).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in Delaware state or federal courts.
