AEO Content, Inc. ("we", "us") operates https://www.aeocontent.ai and https://audit.aeocontent.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

Audit submissions. When you request a free audit at https://audit.aeocontent.ai, we collect the URL submitted, your email address, and your IP address (used for rate limiting). We send a verification code to confirm you control the email.

Customer data. Customers of our paid plans submit domain information, content samples, and CMS credentials so we can publish on their behalf. This information is encrypted at rest.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate site usage. These services may set cookies. You can opt out via standard browser controls.

How we use information

• To deliver the audit you requested.
• To contact you about your audit, follow up on a request, or respond to inquiries.
• To improve our products and content.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with vendors required to deliver our service (Supabase for storage, Resend for email, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting). Each is bound by their own data processing agreement.

Data retention

Audit submissions are retained for as long as the audit report is published. Customer data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@aeocontent.ai. We respond within 30 days.

AI crawlers

We explicitly welcome AI crawlers (GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended). Our site is built to be cited - that is our product. See robots.txt and llms.txt.
